i am now officially a member of the spanish ward. i had the clerk request the records last week, and i'll go tomorrow and not just be visiting. i really wanted to be in a family ward again, and i don't think i would have been able to handle a student family ward. they have a tendancy to be full of younger girls already on their second or third child. if nothing else, it is inevitable that there will be some 19 or 20 year old girl who is overbearing in her marital bliss, and pities any one that isn't as happily married as she is. i don't need that. i don't even want that. any way, i'm excited to be a member of this new ward. the student ward i live in is disorganized. and it's a single's ward. need i say more? maybe they'll put me in the primary, or in with the youth. i kind of hope so. i miss children. and, since it will be so long till i have any of my own, i'll have to make do with helping others with theirs.
for all you former English majors (you know who you are), i apologize. typing has never been my forte, and my grammar- while being on average a little better than the american average- is still horrendous.
aside from that, i just picked up an extremely part-time job on the side. i work about 8 hours a day in the mornings as a CNA at East Lake Care Center once a week on Saturdays only.
that's about all there is to report. Happy Halloween!
